Building Surveillance Infrastructure That Evolves

We've specialized in video security systems since 2009, working with clients who need monitoring solutions that adapt to changing security requirements

How We Approach System Design

Most surveillance installations follow template patterns: four corners, standard heights, predetermined coverage zones. This works until someone realizes their loading dock has blind spots or their retail floor layout doesn't match the diagram.

We begin every project with a site assessment that maps actual movement patterns rather than relying on floor plans. Where do people enter? Which areas see the most activity? What angles provide identification-quality footage versus general monitoring?

This process adds two days to our timeline but eliminates the retrofitting work that often follows conventional installations.

The Maintenance Model We Built

Security cameras don't announce when they're failing. A lens develops condensation, recording storage reaches capacity, or network connectivity becomes intermittent. These degradations happen gradually until someone needs footage and discovers the system stopped working weeks earlier.

Our maintenance plans emerged from watching clients deal with these silent failures. We conduct quarterly checks that test each camera's feed quality, verify storage capacity projections, and update firmware before security vulnerabilities become public.

Clients on maintenance plans report 94% fewer emergency service calls compared to those managing systems internally.

What Guides Our Work

Site-Specific Solutions

Every property has unique coverage requirements. We don't offer standardized packages that force clients into predetermined configurations. Each system design reflects the actual security needs of that specific location.

Long-Term Reliability

Equipment selection prioritizes operational lifespan over initial cost savings. We install cameras and recording hardware built for continuous operation, backed by manufacturers with established UK support channels.

Transparent Communication

Technical projects generate unexpected complications. When we encounter structural limitations or discover that existing network infrastructure won't support planned capacity, we explain the situation and present alternatives rather than proceeding with compromised implementations.

Our Development Path

2009

Initial Focus on Residential Systems

Began operations installing basic analog camera systems for homeowners in Greater London. Limited to four-camera configurations with local recording only.

2013

Network-Based Infrastructure Transition

Shifted entirely to IP-based camera systems as analog equipment became increasingly difficult to support. Developed expertise in network configuration and bandwidth optimization.

2016

Commercial Service Expansion

Began serving retail and office clients requiring multi-location monitoring and advanced access controls. Expanded team to include specialists in enterprise storage solutions.

2019

Maintenance Program Launch

Introduced structured maintenance plans after client feedback revealed widespread uncertainty about system upkeep requirements. This became our fastest-growing service category.

2023

Industrial Monitoring Capabilities

Developed specialized offerings for manufacturing and logistics facilities, incorporating thermal imaging and license plate recognition technology into standard deployments.

Team Structure

Our installation team consists of twelve technicians, each certified in network cabling and IP camera configuration. They work in pairs to ensure installations maintain coverage testing standards we've established across all projects.

Technical support operates from our Coventry office, providing remote diagnostics for established clients. Most system issues resolve through secure remote access to recording infrastructure, eliminating dispatch delays.

Project planning and site assessments are handled by three senior consultants who've each completed more than two hundred installations. They identify coverage requirements before equipment orders are placed, reducing change orders and installation delays.
